Noble Correctional Institution (NCI) offers both in-person and video visitation. In-person visits run Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and require an appointment. Video visits through ViaPath/JPay are available daily in three time windows and are 30 minutes each. Before your first visit of either type, you must be approved by submitting the ODRC four-page visitation application with a copy of your photo ID.
