ODRC inmates can be found using the official ODRC Offender Search at appgateway.drc.ohio.gov/OffenderSearch. Search by name or ODRC number. If the person is held under a U.S. Marshals Service contract (not an ODRC sentenced inmate), they will not appear in the ODRC database. Call (330) 746-3777 to confirm placement.

What days and times is visitation at NEOCC?
For ODRC inmates: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Session 1 runs 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM; Session 2 runs 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. TPU inmates visit Thursdays only, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Visits are 2.5 hours. No visits on major holidays.

How do I get approved to visit someone at NEOCC?
Email [email protected] at least 7 days before your planned visit and no more than 30 days in advance. NEOCC processes 2 visit requests at a time for ODRC inmates. Once approved, reserve your slot by calling (330) 746-3777 ext. 21020 or 21076, Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

How do I send money to an ODRC inmate at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center?

What is the dress code for visitors at NEOCC?
No spandex, leggings, body suits, see-through or sheer clothing, ripped clothing, shorts, tank tops, or open-toe shoes. Dresses and jumpers must fall below the knee. No button-down shirts or zipper sweaters. Coats and jackets are secured at entry. No camouflage or scrubs in a single solid color. Children over 10 follow the adult dress code.

What ID do I need to visit NEOCC?
All visitors 18 and older must have a valid, unexpired photo ID: driver's license, state ID, passport, green card, visa, Indian Tribe ID card, or consulate card (not Mexico). Mexican consulate cards are not accepted.
