If you’re sending photos from a print service (Shutterfly, Walgreens, etc.), a standard 4x6 print mailed in a regular envelope works. Do not send photos in photo albums or frames.
Packages
ODRC inmates at NEOCC may receive up to 3 packages per year from approved vendors, with 1 of the 3 allowed to be a food box.
Packages must come from the approved vendor list under ODRC Administrative Regulation 5120-9-33. Packages sent from home are not accepted. If you try to ship something directly from your address, it will be refused.
There is no general package privilege outside of the 3-package annual allowance. The exception is a package of release clothing, which NEOCC accepts up to 30 days before the inmate’s release date.
Books and Magazines
Books and magazines must be shipped directly from a publisher or retailer. Examples of acceptable shippers include Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other bookstore retailers. You can order and ship directly to NEOCC without opening the package yourself.
Books shipped from home are not accepted, even if they are new and unopened.

Contraband of any kind
