Step 4: Find North Central Regional Jail. Search by facility name or browse West Virginia facilities.
Step 5: Enter the inmate’s full legal name and OID number. Confirm both before entering payment details.
Step 6: Enter the deposit amount and pay. A service fee applies and will be displayed before you confirm. ConnectNetwork accepts debit cards and credit cards.
You can also call ConnectNetwork directly at 888-988-4768 to make a deposit over the phone.
What the Inmate Can Do with the Funds
Deposits go to the inmate’s trust account. They can use those funds for commissary purchases, phone call credits through GettingOut, and other approved spending inside the facility.
What Happens If You Use the Wrong OID Number
A deposit with the wrong OID number routes to a different person’s account. Contact ConnectNetwork customer support right away if you notice an error. Corrections are not guaranteed, so always confirm the OID before completing any transaction.
