North Central Regional Jail uses GettingOut (a GTL/Telmate product) for all inmate phone calls and video visitation. Calls go one direction: the inmate calls you. You can’t call them directly. To receive calls, create an account at gettingout.com and register the phone numbers you want calls on. Add funds so calls connect right away. Video visits run through the same GettingOut platform. The facility general number is (304) 873-1384. Note that money deposits go through a separate platform, ConnectNetwork, not GettingOut.
Before your loved one can call you from North Central Regional Jail, you need a GettingOut account with your number registered. Here is how.
